Question about Circus - Saturday

Hi everyone, just wondering how Circus on Saturdays have been recently? I haven't gone to Circus in a long, long time. But a few friends and I are thinking about going this Saturday for Mars & Mystre. Just wanted to hopefully get some input from the regulars here . Has it been (will it be) crowded? What's the vibe like?

Also, the free admission is before 11pm...how late can we get there and not worry about not getting in?

Any help would be appreciated! I have a friend coming from out of town so just want to make sure she has a good time

All you have to do is check out some of the photos from recent events and read people's comments. Circus has been great and the vibe is unmatchable. You obviously need to get to the club before 11pm in order to get in for free with the flyer or guestlist. Just factor in some time for parking and everything. You and your friend should have a great time!

I second what Malia said. They've been pulling good crowds the last few months. Great vibe. I try to get in line by 10:30 and never had a problem. They do a good job of moving people through. You'll have fun

If you get in line for parking by 10:30pm, you should be fine. The line to get into Circus moves very quickly.

Over the last couple months Circus has gotten progressively better.

Thanks for the responses everyone! I'm so glad Circus is doing well. It's been my favorite place since first going around 2000. Just wasn't sure because it's been a long while for me. Looking forward to this Saturday

Last weekend I arrived just after 11pm due to bad traffic. I still was given free entry and one free drink. Some of my other friends arrived 5-10 minutes later and also were allowed in for free, but were not given the free drink coupon (they were still happy).

It's not as "rave-like" as it used to be back in the spundae days but there are still stringers and glove shows. Then again, some of the recent rave raves I've been too were seriously lacking in lightshows also ._.

It's still really Asian too... o_o

All in all, it's great fun, a decent vibe, and for being FREE with FREE parking and FREE drink, you can't pass it up.

get there by 10.30 and you will get in no prob.

it gets a good size crowd - maybe like a 60-75% full? - its not super packed and its not empty- and the type of crowd, i would compare it to the red crowd.

most def worth the free entry, free parking and free drink. i mean, come on, its free.
