All Ages Horrible call ..

Smart move by Guv piquing the interest of minors so that once they turn 19 they'll start going to Guv on a regular basis.

yeah, but usually the lineups are either/both dubious quality or a bunch of unknown locals

Deadmau5 and Carlo on the bill is a step up.

(well, if they're your thing...)

Posted by MarkT on Mar-15-2009 19:12:

oops...double.

how is deadmaus a step up from danny d?, it may be a different pile but that ends their diffences...

Posted by nadezhda on Mar-15-2009 21:04:

i would love to see late of the pier, but the rest of the line up does nothing for me, so no.

I've been to all ages at The Guv with Sasha & Digweed, Morillo, Bad Boy Bill, Dave Clarke, and the list goes on and on and on.

Personally, I think all ages is GREAT. We need to expose these kids to the music if these scene is going to grow and prosper.. Back in the day when there were solid all ages events the scene was huge!

and how many years ago was that, lol.

I meant a step up vs. the last several years of mediocre all ages events.

it sounds rahter like you are hating on danny d....
all i said was just because he plays cheesy electro doesnt put him above reputable mega masters of euro/top 40 craft like danny d and alike.

+1

i miss those Lifeforce days when the all ages thing was at its zenith

I hope this doesn't end as early as prodigy with it being all ages an all as this will be my first time seeing the Mouse live

Posted by marximum on Apr-07-2009 02:52:

i honestly dont mind the all ages but i do feel that the opener for mau5 should have been a bit more stronger i would have been happier even if Oliver did the open act. That being said though I will be attending just because when he played this is london back in december it was one of the best shows i ever had fun at.
