i know it sounds daft at first, and your wondeirng why im posting this here, mainly because the peopel in question a) wont see thsi thread in here b) because theyll think im really pissed off when im not, theres a difference you know!

aaaanyway, the subject title is all about this. as you all know i occasionally coem up with some stupid random theme to try and amuse you, my fellow board members a little bit. but over time, just like those tracks you once liked, but then got played on radio one, they got exploited, and became, well, not so funny.

yes, i am speaking about the "vandit haters alliance" and "hamstah powah". there are also other examples but i forgot them, because this thread isnt that serious and i cant be arsed. anyway, with the vandit haters alliance, the first mock alliance, it was quite funny at first, annoyed a load of people, got a load of other people to join in the fun. eventually it bacame old and not really funny or innovative, i changed the banner to a "you must all worship ste" type sig, which was humorous, i thought so anyway. however, round about this time loads of other peopel started to copy, making their own alliances, which were random, ant still mroe recently the mofo alliance, etc. hell even the vandit brothers had thier own banner for a little while, if i rememebr correct. but the thing is they were just copying my idea which had already had its day, and now i think, why?! same with hamstah powah (even tho im wearing a t shirt with it on for SS, but let face it i wanted a change fro mthe dumonde top and its not on the TA boards) go to chillout room and you see the domo kun power (or whatever theyre called) again use of one of my ideas that went sour a while back. if you can enlighten on a few other examples itwud be alrite, but i cant remember them.

now you have to ask yourself the question (for my sake) why the hell does this happen?!

Why, because people on the whole r like sheep, and need other people to make funny jokes so they cna copy them. It shows how little imagination we have on other parts of the forum

Ahh well something i noticed a long time ago. I totally agree with you, but then again on the whole i normally do anyway
