I had this downloaded by yesterday, but haven't gotten around to listening to it. I will post as soon as I finish!
Download link on the page was pointing to my previous mix (Psygasmic) rather than this - oops!. Have fixed it now though.
A little bump for this...
Hey there! Finally listening to your set, I've been excited about it.
Heart Beat is an excellent track, I've heard it many times before, love this one, way to start the set off!
Is everything going to be full-on like this? I hope so
Interesting first transition, it sorta threw me off moving so suddenly into the trippy noises. I don't really like the energy change from the first to second tracks, I feel like you lost the energy generated from the first track, and that it was very misplaced.
Very smooth transition into the next track, similar elements in this one compared to the previous, but easier listening. I like the drums in this track.
Next transition is nice and easy like the last one, but more energy in this one. This mix seems to have a more psychedelic feel so far, rather than an uplifting feel. Woah, epic strings out of nowhere!
Now this is turning into some trance lol.
Following transition is perfectly in time like mine usually are, but a tad quick
I like this one quite a bit, 30 min in so far.
The next transition is okay, not amazing, but I'm glad you kept most of the previous track continuing. I can tell when you turn up the volume in the beginning here
I liked this track, but I feel like it ended too quickly!
This next transition is okay, 39 minutes in now. This is like some sort of goa/full-on cross breed!
Pretty cool track though!
The transition at 48 minutes seems a bit ropey but the track is great, so no problems! Really cool stuff, I want this track! Not very epic/uplifting tho. Wait, the song played a trick on me, it started off hardcore trippy/psychedelic and popped in a cool happy melody. Very nice track. I love it.
that melody ended way too soon. New track coming in right away. This is a cool one too, I believe I've heard Memories in another set.
The following transition is a tad intense, but decent nonetheless. Cool sounds in this one!
Next transition is good, no problems. This track seems a little faster than the other ones. Interesting.
This track at 1:10 bursted through in the transition, very energetic. What's the BPM here, good lord, its super fast. Am I on the Sesto Sento track, or did I miss some stuff? Great track, nice and trippy.
Interesting next track. Cool melody. All I really have to say about that lol. I like the ending!
Okay, so sorry for the massive writeup, I tend to do that as I'm listening to sets. I felt like this set was good, but you were sort of all over the place with regards to progression. I think you picked some good tracks, but some of them didn't really work together, and the progression felt a tad strained. That being said, I liked the set, but I think you've done better. Personally, I liked Psygasmic! way more than I liked this. Still, your mixing was pretty decent and had some good tracks, so no worries. Thanks for the music! I will have an uplifting portion of my next set, see if you recognize any of the tracks on it!
Take care.
