Tuneinn records - their performance

I am starting to be seriously concerned with Tuneinn's business processes.
It seems these days whenever I put in an order for a number of records I never get them all. There is always 2 or 3 records that arn't available. They often don't let me know what they are sending and what they arn't and they have even charged me for a record they didn't send!

I wish they had a better catalogue system because they get the most awesome fresh tunes...

Anyone else had problems?

I think you will find that is slander. You are from another record shop trying to steal Tune Inn's Ozzie custom. Tune Inn is one of the most professional shops out there and only ever stock what they have on the site.

and though i always get what i order; iv recieved someone elase order as well as myown , but in the REAL world anything can happen you twat...

this may be a faulls report...
but im assuming NOT because hes asking if this has happened to anyone else and explains the situation, instead of just flaming them...

look at the bottom of his post. He's from some unknown record shop trying to slate one of the best (IMHO)

To be honest ive ordered from Juno, Chemical and HTFR and they have all been fucked up, tune inn is the only one thats never done it to me

I have never ever had a problem with Juno records. They are one of the best if you ask me.

Now this is interesting.
Had you not resurrected this thread from THREE YEARS ago, no one would ever have seen it.

Plus, its pretty inaccurate to call VW unknown, they are Australia's biggest and best, and known by shitloads of overseas people here cos they have stuff others sometimes do not, and the exchange rate means they are pretty cheap for Americans too.

ALSO, if you actually cared to visit the site, you would see the VW site has been active since NOVEMBER 2002, whereas this post was made in JUNE 2002, BEFORE VW was started.

Besids what trance nutter has said i think you are all being completly stupid. He wasnt attacking the store, he was just asking wether anyone else had similar problems and what they thaught about it.
