Music to fall asleep too
What music do you fall asleep to?
BILL CAMPBELL
HaHa!!!
honestly
I find trance the easiest to fall asleep to. Especially prog trance.
No joke trance yells at me to go to sleep!
Lately when i'm tired but can't seem to relax properly i put on:
Biosphere - Substrata
or
Steve Roach - New Life Dreaming
Calm, "breathing" ambient that comes and goes in waves. After about 45 minutes i start falling asleep, which is great because it gives me enough time to actually experience most of the album, rather than falling asleep after 5 minutes.
Just about everything by Yunus makes me sleepy, in a good way
whats Yunus?
It doesn't matter, actually. Any music will do for me.

I can't usually fall asleep whilst listening to music - I find it stimulating rather than relaxing.

IMO some people suffer of a sleep disorder or something or must be really exhausted.
To me probably some minimal or ambient could help me to fall asleep, but never tried though.

The only time I listen to music when sleeping is on the plane. I've almost taught myself to fall asleep to this:

I will sometimes go to sleep with the DI Vocal Trance channel on, sometimes I will sleep with the DI Progressive and sometimes DI Trance and everyonce a while DI Eurodance.
The funny thing is that the music will leak into my dreams sometimes.
