Nathan Fake - Superpositions

Awesome track. Was curious if there was a more "dj-friendly" version than the 2:31 version on Drowning In A Sea Of Love? And/or maybe one that has a lower BPM?

There isn't. Imo a lower BPM doesn't fit the track.

Sorry, but this is one of my pet peeves. Why would you need a "dj friendly version" with "lower BPM"? Are you not creative enough as a DJ to fit it into your set, or are you too scared to throw the crowd a curve ball once in a while?

I think he means longer when he says dj friendly.

Exactly. Why does every tune have to be streamlined to 130 BPM with a long mixing out-bridge at the end for DJs to drop it? Whatever happened to just playing good music?

While I agree with you, I will also say that I prefer longer songs even for listening - whether they have a long steady beat at the end for mixing or not. With short songs, by the time a track has time to build it's already over. Maybe it's just my preference though.
