it's pretty common, especially with detroit deejays playing in the US and berliner deejays playing in europe

(they generally don't bring their vinyl over here)

i know this question is pretty stupid and probably too broad but do prosumer and his type of dj's that spin this type of music usually play new stuff, old stuff, or both when djing at these clubs?

Posted by daphunky1 on Mar-30-2009 05:28:

Naw man, good question. I'd like to hear the answer. Because sometimes it seems (and I'm pretty far removed from a proper dj scene) that dj's sets are filled with only new tracks. I would hate for a dj's sound to be confined by the fact that he expected to always be playing new stuff. Or maybe it's just for special mixes that dj's make sure to play all their new stuff?

Good music is good music. Age doesn't play a factor.

Drums

I'd really want to know this one too.
