I'm Looking for a MOS core or Master as a consultant?

I have to create master form (templates) but it's getting complicated. I have to find a way to create an icon into the app to run a macro so the user can select if they want Imperial or Metric inserted into a form.

Anyone in here know there stuff please contact me?
