Thats his set from Ultra Music Festival Miami.
I have also noticed lately that he plays alot of shitty tunes.
But then again a friend of mine told me that he's been doing that for several years.
He's been playing mostly shit since 2003. Utter shit since 2006.
He's been shit since before the berlin wall
It seems like he's trying to combine house and trance but sometimes he just doesn't make the transition smoothly technically or aesthetically.
Does any other DJ combine these two genres well?
Because come to think of it, I've almost never heard house and trance full-on mixed in a set.

isn't that a pity seeing PvD go down like that? Whatever he is doing experimenting like this and whatever he calls electronic music, he definately departed from trance.
when he plays house tracks is not that bad...i love the first cd on his last album compilation (cream ibiza 2008) its a house mix. But I prefer when he plays 'trance'.
anyways he is still my fav dj.
whats he working on now. anything new? he needs to do something big haha. like go back to his roots or produce something really good.
Wtf are you talcking about ? House has always been there.
