i was mistaken for...

anyone have these stories? i was mistaken for Tom Colontonio on more than one occasion.....i think Tom himself even mistaked me for him, as he came to shake my hand...LOL....this guy asks me where im playing at, if my wife made it, if i know so an so...im just sitting there wasted thinking WTF is he on? LOL

This was funny...I was standing outside of Karu & Y on Thursday night after Cosmic Gate's set, competing with DJ Bossi for a taxi. He was trying to get to Parkwest for his next set, I just wanted to get home Nice guy by the way...when suddenly some guy comes up to me and congratulates me for my set! Hmmm...as I was standing next to Bossi. I think I was mistakened for one of the guys from Above & Beyond? or maybe Nick Chagall...who knows...

This happened to me once before as I was talkig to Sean Tyas after his set in Pacha Sao Paulo, and I was once again congratulated (at least by a chick that time)...

HELL YEA! the wearing of black by us bigger guys at clubs always gets me mistaken for the bouncer! LOL.....sometimes its not such a bad thing tho!..i have to admit i have used it to my advantage before
