Your list is incomplete without these bonafide classics:

Dance 4 Pants - We Came Our Shorts
The Justified Timelords - What Time Is Eternal? (Pure MuMu Mix)
Tiestin van Schulzenyond featuring Jan Justine- In Search Of Cold Harbors Around The World (A State Of Blue Mix)

Best or most popular, which is it?

Most popular = the best.

Everyone knows that.

Ok, I would assume "prog" is not welcome in this thread.

Trance only !!

Menno de Jong - Guanix

Planet Perfecto - Bullet In The Gun

This is Phynns' guise and I think it should be considered Trance-ish

Mind Markers - Alive Again/Static <-- Both are two of my all time favorite tunes !

I especially love Belgian trance, I could easily make a top 100 of Belgian trance tracks. Here you have my top 10:

01. Ian Van Dahl - Castles In The Sky
02. Absolom - Baby Boomers
03. Aqualords - No Bullshit
04. Sylver - Turn The Tide
05. 2 Fabiola - Magic Flight
06. 2 Fabiola - Play This Song
07. Virutal Zone - Virtual Zone
08. Absolom - Secret
09. Milc Inc - Walk On Water
10. Kate Ryan - Dsenchante

Too bad my sig destroys the credibility of this post

Hey cynics!

I'm compiling this chart as I love trance and I want to know what people think and just how passionate supposed trance addicts really are!

Everyone can manage to do it for a top 5 each year or month so why not ask people to engage a slightly larger portion of their brains and see what people's all time favourites are?! Its as pointless or worthwhile as any other poll, depending on how into your music you are.

The response over all has been very positive and I've received tons of emails with peoples top 5's and tunes like Verracocha - Carte Blanche; Sasha - Xpander; Solar Stones - Seven Cities; Bedrock - Heaven Scent; Ferry Corsten Beautiful are all doing really well and this is to name but a few however and every vote cast does make a difference.

I know there is a lot of amazing trance out there and it does take a bit of time to actually bother to think what your favourites tracks are but I hope I continue to get the amount of votes I've been getting so far. It's not impossible, just takes a bit of thought, so please have a think and cast your vote!

I think you'll find that most trance addicts here have done these kinds of lists so many times over the last decade, that they've grown mighty sick of Top Trance Lists.

Filo and Peri - Anthem, of course...anything else doesn't deserve the name "Trance"

wait wut

No offence but how can you tire of something you're supposedly addicted to?!

My friends and I have also been having these conversations for years which is why we wanted to include the rest of the trance world in our discussions, its a shame if you guys cant be arsed to talk about it anymore. Good addicts!

There is no such thing as a track that hasn't been remixed, rehashed, revamped, retouched, restrung, redone, or reworked by Richard Durand

The best trance track ever has to be Tiesto - Fly (Arcadia190's Returning Mix)
