Who wants to come and live in lovely Leslieville?

On offer:

Private bedroom, bathroom and living room (massive basement space) with shared kitchen and laundry in a beautiful (if I do say so myself) house at Queen and Pape.

I will post pics later.

Steps to Queen streetcar which is 10-15 mins to Yonge Street (4km).

The damage? $800 per month on a month to month basis with cable tv, internet and home phone included.

I just thought I would post here and see if there was any interest first, before I open it up to complete randoms.

So Josie is moving out at the end of Feb... this means the lovely apartment above is up for grabs from March 1st.

Short or long term lease is fine, I'm not fussed. I have posted on Craigslist but thought I would post here also
