looking for website request

Greets fellow lovers of all music electronic.

I have yet been unsucessful with Google,
so hope you can help me.

There is a website, in europe somewheres.
It's a video of a girl dancing to R U Ready For This.
(man, I hope it's R U Ready For This as it's been a few years since I saw it)
(( thinks... yeah it is that song))
She dances in a shopping mall, on a bus, in the park,
even while sitting next to an old guy in the park.

I know, it's a long shot as the site was from a long time ago, but it was waaay popular when I come across it.
Anyone?

and the the first minute is an animation, a poor one at that, of a guy doing the business with a dog,
