i really need to give karu & y another chance.

only went there once and that was last year for AM only which, imho, was fucking horrible

insanely over packed, hot as hell in every room. took like 5 minutes just to get from one room to another. I also sorta hate those mega-lineups where every dj gets like an hour to spin. really prefer just one dj for at least several hours each so they can get into their groove

I agree with you totally.. Last year at AM only it was a nightmare.. I might make it around next year for Karu and Y action..

Best Club? Electric Pickle was a win for keeping dirty.. but you can never go wrong with Space..

Best Venue? Ice Palace for Sunday School was my pick of the conference by far..

benji, you absolutely took the words right out of my mouth for clubs!!!!! i couldn't agree more on Electric Pickel, space terrace and the ice palace: perfect description

Grass really impressed me...I like Karu's set up for Minus but not for AM Only...Liked Vagabond a lot...Liked the National/Remix Hotel...Always love Nikki...

But for favorite, a tie: The Tikki Boat & Grass

I don't get all the hatred for Cameo. I thought it was pretty cool. I liked the balconies and the back wall design and it still had sorta ice cannons.

I'd like to check out Karu & Y next year if something good is there again... and it doesn't fall on Corsten night like this year.
