San Francisco 4/15 - 4/17 -recommendations?

Hey... going to to be SF and have Wed-Fri nights free. I'd love to have some recommnedations for events, clubs or lounges for me and the wife to check out.

Wed - Hipster lounge with cool downbeats would be cool.
Thurs - Lounge or Lounge/club - would love to go hear some cool tunes as well. Thurs is more a go out night than Wed. The wife digs the 80's old school industrial world as well, so we are very open to ideas.
Fri - full on go out club ideas? Nothing cheesy! I see Roni Size is on Fri, haven't seen him for years and years.

Think I may do the first 2 or 3. Definitely doing the first as that'll go til the early morning (7AM+ usually) plus music and vibe will be ridiculous too!!!

Yeah, I'm checking out the lists. Just looking for some recommendations. Since I don't know the locations it can be a bit hard. I am thinking we don't want full on underground but no way full on glam/cheese either. Something in-between is where we are at for this trip. Legit good tunes, fun space, good drinks, some dressing up, that kind of thing. If it was in Chicago I'd know what to do... Thanks a ton for the help! Totally appreciated.

big clubs in the city are 1015 folsom and ruby skye. i'd recommend popping into both to at least see the venues.(get on the guestlists to get free entrance)

michael mayer i'd say is the best bet, though i'm a little unsteady on that one after the quite lackluster supermayer performance at mighty.

however, if you don't mind going a bit more underground, i'd say to check out BASS THERAPY, being thrown by Strategik and Connoisseur Collective. the music will be breaks/electro/dubstep and the people throwing this thing know how to party (long time burners and SF party people). friday night, $10 before 1am $15 after, PM me for the info line #.
