Need Help! Female Voice

Hey everyone, this is my first post here. I need some help trying to find out something. I have heard a female voice in a trance song and can't figure out who it is by. I also heard this on a US commercial for the show 'Alias' and in the movie 'Tomb Raider'. I was able to play the Tomb Raider DVD in my computer and save the voice clip. The female voice I'm talking about happens between seconds 5-7 on my clip, but the quality of the clip is not great. If anone can help me out, I would really appreciate it!

I just saw the trailer to 'The Borne Identity' and this female voice was in there too! The trailer is on Yahoo and you can here a better version between 10-12 seconds of the clip.

Difficult because time is short and quality is very bad !!!
