Roll Up the Rim to Lose

Roll up the rim was cheese this year. Notice the 80% "free coffee wins" didn't take place in the final 2 weeks?

I probably buy a dozen teas a week, I've won twice.

Pre-emptive "some of you spend far too much money on this shit"

i bought tim hortons regularly about twice a day different size cups too throughout this whole thing
i won nothing, not even once

didn't win once

brother in law won 100$, he was saying the same thing when he was rolling up.

this year sucked for me. Only won about 6-8 coffees.

I got completely shafted last year....but this year I won quite a bit....at least 10-15 times...if not more.

Why do you all go to Tim Horton's so often? I go like twice a year.

the building my classes are in is 3 floors, there is a TH on the 1st and 3rd floor, it's cheap, it's convenient, there's something relaxing about having a tea during class. One when I get there, One during class Break, One between classes.

Yeah its cheap in convenient. I've won about 8 times though.

But for the amount of times I buy it in a month... that's pretty bad.

I just realized... If I have class on the 3rd floor I pass by 4 TH to get to class...its a 15 minute walk... thats fucked.

I miss Mr Donut... They had great donuts and the best bagels!

Don't worry, even if you win something significant, chances are you won't get it.

3 years ago I sent all all of the paperwork and the winning tab in for my "coleman camping set" (I know, who cares right?). Well, imagine my surprise when 3 weeks later I get a later saying "we received all your paperwork, but no tab. Sorry! No prize".

Well, I open it to find that it's all photocopies, no original papers. Even more surprising, they don't have cameras in the mail room where prize letters are opened. They assured me, of course, that they don't steel the prize tabs. Furthermore, when pressured for the originals, I find holes in the paper where I had stapled the winning tab.

What they suggested for the future? "Make a photocopy of the tab next time!".

Can you imagine? A photocopy of a tab with no serial number. Makes you think. I could have just photocopied a bunch of winners and sent them in.

Lame. Very lame.

The chances of winning are 1 in 9.
