Circa
I have only gone to Circa on a few occasions, and each of those times were for bigger events. I have a few friends flying over from england on friday (april 17th) who have heard good things about the place and want it to be their first stop on what Im sure will be a crazy weekend!
Anyways, I have just heard a few rumours that they have changed the format for the traffic saturdays and is more of a hip-hop top40/college place these days. I just dont want them going in expecting 5 rooms of house music and an up for it crowd, and getting a boring mainstream set of music and a lame vibe. I can't stand the entertainment district myself, but I will be hosting this weekend and take my guests where they would like to go.
I tried contacting the club and no one seems to want to contact me back so I figured I would fire up my old tranceaddict account (which I can not remember my password to or my secret answer haha) so I have been reborn!
If anyone has any info I would be very thankful!
I went on their site just to see what Sat would be like, stay away.
Take your guests there Friday or to Footwork.

Well they are bringing in Chris Lake and Roger Sanchez in over the next month, so it seems as though they're shaking things up with a bit of variety.
At at any rate, should be slammin' tonight for Laidback Luke
and then when EDM gets played on stations like 103.5 FM to help popularize it to the mainstream audience, some ppl cry foul

Well whats a mainstream club then? Does the music it plays determine that? Or the fact that it's popular with clubbers?
So would some people consider Guv a mainstream club then?
