so i just found out im goin to the Kentucky Derby with a few friends in a couple weeks.... wtf is there to do in Kentucky?

Having lived in Kentucky... I'm going to go ahead and apologize for anything the locals do (but you won't see any locals at the Derby, a vast majority avoid it).

As for what there is to do in Kentucky: go to shitty clubs and try to pretend you're actually some big-shot and not some hick in the 48th worst state.

Eh it's not that bad. Louisville != the rest of kentucky.

Louisville is where I lived...on 3rd fairly close to downtown. There are still parts of the city I wish were walled off for good (namely any part of the south-west side).

I lived 16 years in Louisville, Kentucky. What is there to do in Louisville? Check out "the Highlands" along Bardstown Road. There's a lot of interesting places there. River front. Stay out of the west side. It's GHETTO. Seneca Park has HUGE fields to play soccer or whatever sport in. The field is 8 football fields long with a 1 mile track around it.

Louisville actually isn't that "hicky". You'd have to go outside the city for that. The southern part of the county, you'll find lots of hicks.
