Michel Lloyd (Can) - Archipel

Michel Lloyd, formely known as Upbeat, started producing in 2005. Between 2005 and 2007, he quickly establishes himself as one of the most promissing minimal tech producers in town. In 2007, he is given the chance to perform live at the Cafe Electronika during the world renowmed Mutek festival. This performance can be found here

At the end of 2007, Michel Lloyd releases his first LP - Reve Analogue on Pheek's label Archipel. Tracks such as Bi-Polaire and Forgive Me quickly reach the top on Beatport.

In 2008, Michel produces some darker afterhour minimal-techno tracks and works a fresh live performance. The result is an instant success. Loopy Berlin techno basslines to beautiful pads and hooking melodies; Michel is an astonishing performer and knows how to take the dancefloor for a wild ride. This show is a must!

Congrats to you both and Circus!

Nobody was giving techno nights a chance just a little more than a year ago, and Flex is a big reason why techno is so strong and back. This night most probably helped me making Black Out what it is, and now this sound is well received an a huge success at Circus.
