I always thought that there was no way that trance producers could be live and good, after i saw rank1 at trance energy 2000 it changed what i thought to be true..they looked awesome and seemed to put on a great performance...

Piet Bervoets and Benno de Goeij are two of the most under appreciated, most talented djs in the world right now. i havent heard anything by either of them yet that i didnt like.. i wonder why more ppl dont like them? maybe not everybody knows all their aliases, or dont associate rank 1 with them. i think, as far as epic trance goes, theyre up there with the best, and better than a lot of djs that more ppl like... AvB is a prime example of this.

Every late friday night I bring home friends back to my place to continue partying (why do bars have to close at 2am!!).. Anyways I always have about 5-6 people in my room with my computer and I treat them to 2 cool video's, Paul Van Dyk live at mayday and of course Rank 1 Live at Trance energy.. Everybody loves watching it, especially how cool the crowd is in the Rank 1 set, man it takes me places watching this video!

I think I'm slowing converting parts of my city into Trance!

I love Rank 1, I can't wait to hear some new things from them....

i guess thats where you and me are alike thor, i always bring the party to my place after, cause my room is pretty big, and its under my parents floor so they usually come with me, well my friends at least (sometimes those wierd strays also haha), got a disco ball in there, and a strobe light, hah and thers even room to dance...and i can sport alot of aewsoem trance too,

also, ultimate respect and kudo's to rank-1, if it wasnt for rank-1 i probably wouldnt be as big as a trance freak, i love those guys man, they put out the AWESOMEST tunes, and they are very underated i think.

im like the trance disciple in this trance-barren country, i spread the good word, more people down here are joining this wonderful culture.

thanks to all of you guys that do this too, like thor. you guys are the bomb.

yeah it really SUX bigtime not to live in a Trance - crazy nation.
All my friends are desparately tryin to convert me to a rock fan....and i keep saying....go back and listen to Rank1's Airwave hoping (badly) that the song does the same magic to em as to me at the beginning.

Oh yeah...Vengaboys recently came to my town...apparently the concert was sold out ...and ppl spilled on to streets and higher buildings nearby to watch the show !

And i thought to myself...if i were to see a fellow trancefan before i die...this nation has to go many miles,too soon

Cool I have been planning on setting up a disco ball here in my pad... And of course set up a DJ table overlooking our first floor... We live in a "Loft Apartment" something like you'd see in Manhatten I guess, but is too cool. Loads of room, big and open, and we can make as much noise as we want til the early hours on the weekends! Not to mention there is a rooftop patio that overlooks the city, its too awesome for summer

Maybe I'll post some pics later...

Haha my friend had a split level duplex in manhattan and we had two really cool trance parties, the other thing was he had a backyard...in midtown no less..it was awesome we had the matrix playing on the walls, and another projector with trippy graphics going to the music...oh yeah and hot women....it was ridiculous...

Our biggest wall has this HUGE old movie poster, it an original one from like 55yrs ago, so to convince my roomate would be hard, but damn, it would be so sweet..

I think his aliases are better than rank 1... for i didnt like black snow too much... and many miles too soon isnt all that, and the only version of airwave i like is the rank 1 vs dutch force mix..but i do like his productions from the quest, dutch force, and nudge and shouter...
