Effective TTC AD ?

I haven't taken the TTC for years ... with a quick glanace at this AD (which you'll normally do) I thought it was some black youth awareness thing ...

This is well-fare budget production for sure ... at least hire a proper graphic designer.

WTF are these artist?

i dunno the list goes on. the only good ones on the subway are the ones that actually have a theme or advertising plan. usually from a household name like swiffer for example.
