Question Local News - The Fkn Police

Out of all the cities in the U.S. I have noticed the El Paso Police officers seem to hunt civilians like dogs when you're driving.
They use any means possible to give you a damn ticket. I've never had anything against police but I just think the EP cops cross the line.
They are NOT the cops that will let you off with a warning- evar.

I have heard countless stories of cops getting aggressive for no reason when they bust a party with underage drinking (some cop threw a drink over a girl who was asking why they were arresting her bf).

Some dumbas* cop pulled my dad over on the high way (the cop was outside of the vehicle standing watching the traffic & pointed my dad to come to the median). Cop gives my dad a ticked for speeding & my dad argues he had the vehicle on cruise control at exactly 60 (the speed limit)- my dad asks the cop to show him proof on the radar of him speeding- guess what the cop says, "Sir, I have been trained and certified to do an estimated visual analysis of a vehicle's speed and yours was going above 60 mph."

ANYWAYS, this is just to show how cops roll here and ironically this happened on Monday.

Synopsis: Traffic accident- Ft. Bliss soldiers get out to help heroically- reporter wants to interview solder- cop gets pist. Further details are in the vid.

I just want to know, was the treatment of the reporter civil? Or did the cop have all the right to react the way he did. Wasn't the reporter leaving just like the cop asked him to?
