Yet another AG problem thread...

I'm having problems with AG...I uninstalled the regular satellite so I could install that one without ads. I went to log in and it's not letting me! I tried to get them to email me my password but they say you have to be logged in to get your password...what kinda bullshit is that!?!? Why would I be asking for my password if I was logged in already... How can I fix this problem?
