The first sentence of many to come in the senseless murder of Jane Creba.
This fucking degenerate animal who was up first will be up for parole in 7 years after being found guilty of 2nd degree murder.
Fucking Pathetic.
The scary thing about these scumbag wannabe gangster fuckfaces, is that they are committing these crimes more and more downtown at anytime as oppose to keeping it in their shitholes they live in.
I wish nothing but pure shower gangrapes, crooked correctional guards beating the fuck out of them on the hour and ultimately a shameful death when and if they get back on the streets.
How about all the shitheads that shoot girls that are not pretty and white?

More executions

executing these guys won't get at the root of the problem other than maybe saving some taxpayer dollars by not having to house them in correctional facilities
If you take a look at his profile, he comes from a broken home and turbulent past. Certainly not an excuse, but definitely a cause. I can't imagine that's surprising to anyone..

i'm sorry but this troubled past bullshit is getting sooooo fucking tired, especially in this country, especially in this city...fuck i know of way too many serious success stories of people who actually made an effort and stuck to a plan in just as bad or worse conditions and did better than people who grew up more fortunate...he's an ignorant waste of sperm, he should have been a blow job.

i'm not saying that his troubled past is any excuse for what he did. But if we want to prevent this type of stuff, we've got to address the problem at its roots.
we can't expect every person out there living in a challenging environment to suddenly see the light, it's gotta start somewhere and that's normally in the home and at a young age.
cuz I'm pretty sure that Canada won't be introducing capital punishment anytime soon or whether it'll even make a difference, i.e. California/Texas? Unless you're thinking about implementing Sharia law or something then that's a different story, but I doubt that'll happen here either.. Posted by Stilez on Apr-24-2009 21:34:

would've happened by now. They've been serving 'dead time' all along. Meaning, they've all been locked up already. By now they've already got peeps and made connections. Based on where they're from, they already know people in there.. I can assure that.
I believe the only 2 that will serve the most will be the 2 who possessed weapons, but being with a dude who did the shooting (as in this case) probably won't get him much more time in jail than he's already served.

boo-fucking-hoo. 95 % of my friends and me are from broken homes (war) and turbulent past (war and then some), and none of us is carrying loaded guns around, nor do we shoot people. and take my word for it, we have much, much more issues than some motherucker growing up in "poverty" with too much time on his hands. read the newspapers, every one of them gangstaz or their victims were "loving and caring, trying to finish college, taking care of his mother, loving and caring 20 years old father of 3".
canada's always been way too lenient towards criminals, especially towards murderers and child rapists. that sick fuck who raped 12 years old girl for 3-4 years and then tried to rape her 18 MONTHS old baby sister got 4 years. after the double time, while waiting for trial, he got out not even serving 1/3rd of his time and guess what he did 4 months after release???
you think this guy will be productive member of society after 7 years, if that much ???
15 fucking years old, black or white or red or fucking purple, never enjoying her life to the fullest just because some piece of shit had a troubled youth ??? if this happened back home that piece of shit would fucking burn long time ago. but here.... 7 fucking years, more like 3. wow.
but i understand what are you talking about emz. what would you do to prevent shit like this from happening??
p.s. hows it going bro?

I think it's a social problem and not sure that introducing capital punishment will solve anything. I think passing down harsher sentences for those who have a high probability of re-offending might help as well as reforming the Young Offenders Act (which I think is a joke).
All I'm saying is that these guys are going to continue to emerge if we don't try and address the problem at its root causes, which usually starts at a young age. I think it costs taxpayers a lot less money to prevent crime rather than dealing with it after. For everyone one of them you throw in jail, there is already some young kid who's ready to take his/her place on the streets.
ps. I'm good bro, just been laying low. how have you been? long time.. Posted by DigiNut on Apr-25-2009 17:27:

I totally agree. We need to send a strong message to parents that it is no longer OK to keep giving their kids names like "Jamal", "Jorrell", and "Leroy". This crime could have prevented nearly 21 years ago, a few days after he was born.

emz, no matter what we or anybody else do there's always gonna be people like this. but if injection was introduced for murder 1 and murder 2 in some cases, im willing to bet my life 90% of these punks would think more than twice about carrying loaded gun in public, let alone pull it out and shoot. they just dont give a fuck anymore, going to jail is like a fucking badge of honor nowadays. go to jail as a minor in stealing, come out with the bachelor degree in murder, simple as that. and whats really, really fucked up, who can we turn if we need protection from people like this??
you think this piece of shit will protect you, me or our children??
we cannot reform the whole society brother, its impossible. for every murderer we have 2 gangsters, for 2 of them we have 3 corrupted cops/officials/pm's or whatnot, for 3 of them we have 4 rapists and list goes on and on. we're all corrupted to the bone, every single last one of us (grownups). only people who are innocent and who deserve better from this fucked up world are kids and everything should be done to protect them. thats why i think canada would be a lot better place if capital punishment was introduced. 7 years??? nah, not in my books.
murderers, rapists, child molesters... do they even deserve second chance??
p.s. long time indeed my brother. life's been good, lots of ups and downs but thats what makes it interesting heh. we should get together sometime soon and snap some limbs Posted by Capo di tutti on Dec-22-2009 20:46:
If not everyday, atleast a few times a week I stop and remember Jane as I walk by the footlocker north of Dundas Sq. to or from home.
This is one event that has stuck with me and likely will forever.
Below is the most recent news on the case, though it is not good news as I believe nothing short of capital punishment would be just. These animals will get to live, I guess it's all we have to lean on in terms of our judicial system.
The parents should be held accountable for the actions of their children. Send the parents and the kids to jail. I am sure mommy and daddy are going to watch their kids a little closer if they could spend 10 years in jail for something their kid did.

Listen to this bastard!
Oh, hard life, no opportunities, things are difficult. Welcome to planet earth! Every person has a choice to do good, or do bad - regardless of situation.
This guy should serve life, no parole. Lying swine. They should only give deals if people tell the truth first, not after 3 years of lying.

How is that relevant? Seems to completely miss the point of this thread.
+1 to Xavier. I come from the same background, and you don't see people who came to this country from TRUE poverty commiting these absurdities. So sick and tired of the lame old 'excuses' of broken home, broken family, blah blah blah. F*** them. Just line them up in a row, head to head, and save costs on the bullets.

The argument is not just in favour of capital punishment. My (and Xaviers') country of origin just had a different system of life in general, and that extended into the treatment of social parasites like these people; for the life of me I can't understand this crap in this country. If wanted, if needed, ANY person, with a reasonable work ethic, can make a pretty damn good life here. These people don't really know hardships, not like they think they do, and that is why for some of us comming from countries that have seen wars, seen true poverty, and true fucked-up-have-nothing-to-lose ways of life, just can't understand the overall lenient treatment of criminals here. Harsher sentences should be handed out, period, not just for those with a probability of re-offence.
I knew a kid who committed manslaughter. He went into some stupid fight, knocked a guys' head into a wall, killed him, and walked after less than a year. Immediately thereafter, and from last I heard, this was only a stepping stone for him; now he was a tru gangsta, havin' done his time, yo!
Fuck that! What did he learn after 8 months? What could he still be taught? What would it have taught him if he had been a part of some social outreach programme? Nothing!

called it. The only 2 to even get charged were the ones with the weapons ..and rightfully so. Just cause you were with a guy who happened to have a gun and shoot someone, doesn't mean u should serve equal time as them. As fkd up as that sounds, it's what makes the law just. If they're into the whole thug shit, they'll get picked up on something else soon enough and they'll throw the book at them.
