Had to leave a bit into Tom Colontonios set cuz a friend wasn't feeling well. But soo glad I came

Giuseppe fuckin killed it, and there a vibe that has yet to be described. It was amaing. Tom Colontonio was pretty awesome too!

Great times last night! Some of the best trance I've heard in a while, reminded me of how much I still love the epicness haha! All the DJ's played solid sets, and it felt great to hear Nu NRG's rmx of where the streets have no name

Posted by AY STAR on Apr-26-2009 21:53:

good times
all the dj's were playing alot of songs that had alot of THUMP to them
i was danceing all night long
the crowd/vibe was a lil weak imo lots of standing around doing nothing and not adding anything to the party
but overall it was a good time
great ta turnout

i came to love from kaskade at webster right as guessippi was getting on. and then i didn't ended up staying for that long. tequilla shots at six and then running out of cash to continue my drunk did me in. Idk about the hour or two that i heard him spin, it seemed like it was all a build up and then when he finally dropped the beat it only lasted for a little bit. Right when i was getting into the rhythm, he broke it down. im giving him the benifit of the doubt tho and thinking that perhaps i just he was just warming up and i didn't stay long enough to hear the heart of his set. On a side note. kaskade was hitting hard, perfect dj for webster. girls were going nuts

Erica hope you had and continue to have a great bday. it was good seeing everyone, and im glad to have met ryan, i can finally put a face to the poker player lol

Guiseppe crushed it. Loved being there.

Song of the night: Forbidden Fruit (Some dope remix)

Sooo, wound up resting for a few hours then taking an adventure to my favorite hidden beach on the north shore of long island. What a glorious sunset. I could not have had a better day. Thanks everyone!

I happen to agree with him during the interview..

I think maybe you should take a note from paul van dyk before you start talking shit. just bc he doesnt play your fluff don't hate.

LOL.

Good times last night, hearing Freefall and Where The Streets Have No Name was almost a religious experience! Crowd was great too, although I must admit I did miss the underage peeps a bit, I think they bring a great vibe to the parties at Love and imo we often don't give them enough appreciation for their support of the scene.

Tom you rocked it out proper and Ali it was rad to hear you bang it out at the very end for the hardcore :P Special kudos to Dorian for a great job opening up the main room - you did fantastic!

haha That doesn't bother me, don't worry. If Armin came out and did the same interview, I'd be just as critical...

Giuseppe's set blew any set of PVD's from the past 3 years out of the water. If you were there you'd know, and if you weren't then I don't know why you're wasting our time with a reply, to be honest.

I'll admit, I agree with much of what he says in the interview... But it's the whole hypocritical nature of it all that I think everyone's ribbing him about... Does he still play "Crush" 3 times in one gig? Or half the stuff he's put out in the past 2 years?

He's right on some of his points, but playing progressive house and Starkillers stuff at 138BPM for 3 hours doesn't automatically make him underground, or cast him out of the public eye (and shame) of the trance crowd that made him over the years... He should know that...

What a great night of trance. Really impressed with Giuseppe, a real talent. Tom played a great set, really banged it out. I was also happy I got a play a few tracks to close out the night, lol. It went pretty late, almost to 5. What would we do with out trance.
