Audacity crashing!!!

Im sick of it like, and i was just about to finish up recording a 2 hour set (...1:58) and it crashes.... again!!! wtf, is there any better (i have not looked) apps for recording sets out there?

hmm... how would that make audacity crash, too much porn = viruses usually only apply to internet no? i wouldnt know im on a mac pretty much virus free surfing for me so if i happen to want to look at porn.. yizzzzz lol

Audacity on OS X sucks fucking ass, even more than on Windows.

I switched to Sound Studio when I switched to mac. There are other apps available too, but no good free ones that I know of at least. I got 50% off when I bought Sound Studio and it has definitely been worth it for me. Dunno if I would have paid $79.99 for it though as that's quite a lot for something so simple. But I've had zero problems with it so far and I've used it quite a lot. I tested a bunch of other apps too and didn't like anything else than Sound Studio, but you might feel differently�

Cool Edit Pro/Audition on Windows (there must be tons of freeish apps for this on windows) and Garageband/iMovie on OS X ?

Audacity really does bite the big one on OS X - Traktor Pro records really well as an aside but that doesn't help much.

adobe audition 2.0 for mastering and all my other production needs
