Creamfields '99 Oakie EM track question...

Hey guys. Does anyone know what version of "Velvet Girl - Summertime" Oakie played as the second track in the '99 Creamfields Essential Mix? I've been browsing the digital download sites and can't find the same version. Is it even available?

Thanks in advance.

I think it's Chiba remix if I recall it correctly.

he doesn't play summertime, he plays velvet

29-08-1999 / Creamfields:
01. Red Sign - Wonderland [Green Martian]
02. Velvet Girl - Velvet [Bonzai / Additive]
03. Miro - By Your Side [Lost Language]
04. Quivver - She Does (Quivver Mix) [Virgin / VC]

and the original instrumental of velvet is not available on digital.

L-vee, find the master of it and make it happen.

Ah thanks for the info. Looks like the tracklist I had was wrong.

Epic track there. Can't believe it's not available. I'd pay for the vinyl.

It is annoying that the crap vocal version is available to download but the instrumental is still vinyl only, just like Deep Blue Dream, well its downloadable faded out stupidly but full length 320 quality? nah glad I have the vinyls.

Bonzai have always had that problems. Nearly every one of their CD compilations are filled with heavily edited versions. The second hand value is therefor also lower. You are always forced to rely on the original vinyl releases for the best versions of every tune.
