Looking for 1997 pop tune

It's a funky tune (trumpets and stuff), there was a videoclip, but don't really remember it

lyrics go something like this,:

Cool get,
Falling in love,
It goes tonight,

anyone know the name?

Its not from 1997..its older. but its funky,trumpets and lirycs a very similar.

I remember a clip with cartoons that was all over mtv in the 90's
