Megabus $1 Tickets - Toronto to NY

I have some $1 bus tickets that I won't be using so I thought I would see if any one else can make use of them.

You will need the confirmation #'s to get on the bus.

I have the following available...

Depart TO - Thursday May 21 at 9:30pm
Arrive NYC - Friday May 22 at 7:30am

Depart NYC - Monday May 25 at 9:30pm
Arrive TO - Tuesday May 26 at 7:30pm.

PM if interested and I can give you the #s.

They only have 1 seat at $1.

Prices range from $1-80.

Some one PMed about these ones but I may have more later in the summer.

The rides aren't the greatest in the world but they aren't the worst either.

There are only a couple stops and I am usually able to sleep the entire way.

how do you get the seat for $1? Is it like some kind of last minute deal?

If I know they are about to release new routes - I check the site regularly.

I have been quite lucky.

I did that same leg you posted a couple weeks ago and the prices seemed to fluctuate on the daily

actually it's the "early bird gets the worm" deal. you literally have to be there mintues after they release the tickets which are usually a couple of months in advance. and they only do it for 2-4 seats on a bus. after that it usually goes up to $12 and then $25.

even at $12 or $25 return that's still not a bad deal

no kidding. I'm almost at the "fuck flying" stage. Shelling out money to have the convenience of flying is getting horrible with every flight. Had the worst experience from JFK to Pearson....taking a bus is looking very tempting.

actually flying has gone down in price by HALF (in comparison to other years). I just booked a flight from NYC-Toronto $74!! (used to be about $125-175 ONE way!!)
