DJ Vega - Mesmerising melodies may 2009

Not many comments or introduction needed, just a new melodic mix because I noticed I gathered lots of lush tracks in the past few weeks. Wouldn't want them to go to waste.

Nice intro:P

Great mix overall, can definitely trust you to deliver a prog house set I would enjoy. Mixing was perfect for the most part, as usual, and the track selection was spot on. Liked this a lot.

You know what they say.. If you can't take the heat, stay out of the Joris Voorn remix of Nagano Kitchen's Destination Nagano.

good work, and quite original i might add.
next time you could think about mixing a few tracks in tune.

Thanks, glad you liked it

I occasionally mix tracks in tune when they happen to turn out that way, but I never deliberately go search for them. I might do it in the future, but then again I've always found that kind of harmonic mixing a bit overrated. It's fun when it suddenly and unexpectedly happens, but it shouldn't be a goal imo

nice mix.

Been busy with a lot of stuff these past days but I managed to download this earlier this morning and will listen to it today. I expect it to be as awesome as usual

It sure took me a while, but I finally listened to the whole thing today. Really nice, lush mix with some groove you compiled here with top mixing and programming as usual. Specially good mixing considering how awful it could've turned out with so many melodies possibly clashing.

Well done again mate!

LOL, you were at Trance.nu?

Thankfully, I never registered to that site, but that doesn't mean I wasn't a trance kiddie some years ago.

I'm really impressed at how different my taste in dance music is now, compared to how it was only 6 years ago. I got a friend at work into EDM around 2004 with the first 3 ISOS comps. The man hasn't grown a fucking inch since. He still goes batshit over every new ASOT, ISOS, Markus Schulz comp and actually dares to make fun of me for liking what he likes to call "gay beauty parlor house music" or "Ross Geller techno music". I've tried to show him better music, but it's futile...he actually said Balance 005 is uninspired crap.

Pretty ironic, innit?
