Unknown "munkish"-acid tune

Hi... This is going to be a long shot, but I'm looking for a GREAT old tune, circa 1995 give or take 2-3 years... All I can tell is that its kinda cyber/acid, and after it has built up, there are "munks" chanting or humming and it takes off! I'm really desperate to find this as it has been on my mind for the last 10 years. I don't have any samples to share...

Edit: It's kinda like Interstate - Human Beings ish..
