Psychological torture and evidence-free physical torture

My girl and I want to start torturing each other, but without leaving any marks. What can we do to inflict pain on each other without disfiguring our beautiful bodies?

Both female and male techniques are welcome. I wish there were guides that told you the maximum amount of pressure or the safest ways to squeeze balls and boobs and all that good stuff.
