hmmm, looks a lot like a mk2, which is a good

and now it seems like it also has a 78 rpm button, next to 33 and 45, and no pitch reset

This model has been existing quite some time. It's even older than the m3d.
Basically a mk2 with 78RPM button and platinum coated connections (internal).
