Virus Ti issue

just installed the latest software for the virus... now the little screen doesnt display anything its just white...

when i load the vsti into cubase or ableton it starts starting up but then changes to virus ti not found etc....

ive tried reseting etc...

I've had issues with the latest update too. Mine come in the form of it struggling to sync when a patch is changed during play. I think I'll be restoring the previous version until patched..

How are you trying to reset it? In my experience, simply holding down the ARP Edit isn't sufficient enough. Try the following steps:

1. Disconnect the USB cable from the TI
2. Disconnect the power cable from the TI
3. Disconnect the power cable from the power outlet
4. Reconnect the power cable to the TI
5. Reconnect the power cable to the power outlet
6. Reconnect the USB cable to the TI
7. Press and hold the ARP EDIT button for a few seconds (I usually do it for at least 10) and then let go
