Paypal???

I have just received or think i have payment for an item i auctioned on ebay . When i log into my account it says that the payment is on hold. Till either i get a positive feedback on ebay for the transaction, or 21 days if there have been no complaints from the buyer. I have never experienced this happening before and was wondering whether it is above board? Sounds kind of fishy so wanted to ask.

yah..it's normal now for low feedback sellers. Get your bank account verified through paypal and get a few more feedback to stop it.
