"Jackin" House - more info?

I have been listening to the funkier side of house for a while now, and ran across this term. Can someone please explain what differentiates this category from funk house?

I am happy to have something new to search for, but I cannot find much info, or sets identified by this set except for a couple of podomatic links:

Jackin' house has a different rhythm to funky house. Though it's very distinctive, I'm not sure how to explain it in musical terms. It's more of a shuffle or "1,2,1,2" feel than funky house which is a bit smoother and "1,2,3,4". Digital Minds - Captain Hook is the best example I can think of.
