Beginner DJ Kit for sale
Hey,
I'm helping my friend to sell his DJ Kit :
Pioneer DJM-400 mixer
2x Pioneer CDJ-200 cd players
1x AKG K181DJ headphones
All cables are included
He doesn't have the original boxes nor the manuals. Only the cables and the mixer/cdj itself.
He's willing to let it go for 1000$ CDN. I personally know this kit very well, it has been very well taken care of and is working A1. No physical damage as well.
If you want more infos, please contact my friend Christopher. You should not contact me ! His email is : progressivehousejunkie at hotmail.com
You can also contact him on his cellphone : 514-686-6150
Thanks !
Neo
wow. great deal.
DJM is expensive these days.... I would be willing to get it all without cables/headphones. Not like they are worth are worth much anyway....
Any pics Neo?
Seriously underpriced man... guy is losing out on a lot of money here.
Does anybody have any comments on teh AKGs? How's the bass?
Fucking 1000$ dollars... ouffff... I'd sell JUST the mixer for that...
Hahaha funny thing, we made a mistake
Not DJM-800 but 400 !
sorry guys !
And no pictures. I can ask my friend but he only has his cellphone as camera.
The kit was bought from a guy here on TA. I think he was from Toronto ...
I really just wanted the DJM800...
I'm sorry my friend
(hug)

I have the Akg headphones and like them a lot.
Solid construction, doesn't break easy. And I like the sound for DJing, I never have any problem finding my kick reference in regular mode (no need to use the overly bassy club mode)
but do they hurt your ears after long use?
i have the allen&heath headphones and I find them to be VERY bassy... a lil too bassy
they hurt my ears after long use... something I never noticed with my previous pair made by Technics
Well, I have no complaints about them, I don't find them too bassy, as long as you use the regular mode. Feels like the kick is sharp and clean.
But headphones is a very personnal thing and depends on how loud you like to play.
