I came across this today and thought hmm lets see what the political parties in TOTA have to say about this. Not sure if this has been posted or discussed in the past but anyways here it is:

I do think that it'll be a beautiful neighborhood when completed...

They have been working on the Waterfront Revitalization for quite a while.

I know a few people who work in Commercial Real Estate and has told me all of these plans that have been put forth over the last while.

Don't think anything will happen for quite a while.

yeh this is a bit dated. but it does give a good overall view of the area.

this area will take a bit to develop, but i have high hopes for it. the designs really make sense and have been based off other successful neighbourhoods around the world.

i think the best change that we will see on the waterfront will be completed in 2012 with the completion of queens quay. the advantage that we got with the west8 plan was how quick and fairly easily it can be implemented.

It will happen eventually. That is a given.

The Waterfront from Bay East towards Cherry definitely needs to be revitalized.

The only real question is when...and where would the Guv relocate...
