Name of song anyone?

Hey everyone,

I've been looking for the name of this track for ages, but with no luck so far So thought maybe you guys could help....

It's a trance/dance song, very very well-known. Unsure of the exact era it comes from, but most likely the mid to late-90's if that helps. The only lyrics I can give you are:

"I'm spinnin' around"

Sung by a female voice in a kind of dreamy/fantasy tone...obviously Google comes up with either Kylie Minogue or a few others that aren't dance or trance so I have ruled them out!

Also, that lyric is sung at the beginning of each chorus.

Any help would be much appreciated
