I was exposd to my first "house" party in SB back in 98. One of my best friends from Santa Maria brought me to it. Back then the music was so wierd to me. Little did I know three years later when Napster was blowing up that I would do away with all my punk/alternative rock and start collecting trance.

Anyhow I would love to visit a friend in Isla Vista one of these weekends.

Seriously... The Downtown scene is complete shit. I've been hearing the same songs at every club for the past two years. Rediculous.
