need help fixing a chip on my windsheild

so i got two small/minor cracks on my windshield from rocks err whatever.

does anyone know a good place to get it fixed. its about half a centimeter... not that big but i know once winter comes or something it will get bigger along with time.

does anyone know how much they roughly cost as well?

Before you go the expensive route, try the repair kit from crappy tire...

10 bucks and pretty easy...

lol i didnt know if it was replace or what so i changed it to whatever sounded ok..

I used that kit... about 13 bucks.... It's like an injector... works great, fixed my star shaped chip permanently.

Don't wait until winter either.... do it ASAP. It's not just the moisture expansion that causes the crack to get bigger, your windshield also flexes in the wind.

That kit is good for chips but I don't think for cracks...

if you dont feel like doing it yourself, some canadian tire stores have auto glass repair service available in their parking lot. just look for a little hut. they do a pretty darn good job and isnt too expensive.

small enough to be fixed by the kit. the kits are one-use, you'll you'll likely need two, unless you can carefully and successfully remove the sticky disc to the next spot.
