Spundae & TORQ presents: KYAU & ALBERT Thursday July 2nd
Spundae and TORQ are proud to present: KYAU & ALBERT Thursday July 2nd.
Ralph Kyau and Steven Moebius Albert are representing Germany in a big way.
The two Germans have produced such massive club hits like "Made Of Sun", "Velvet Morning", "Walk Down", "Kiksu" and "Are You Fine?". One little known K&A fact: all male vocals come from Steven Moebius Albert himself..
When they aren't in the studio making new tracks, they are running their record label, Euphonic, handling such acts as Above & Beyond, OceanLab and Armin van Buuren for Germany, remixing, and developing Euphonic artists like Ronski Speed, Mirco de Govia, Sonorous, and more..
Kyau & Albert deliver massive, cutting edge DJ sets and their energy behind the decks is just simply infectious. Catching them live is something people won't soon forget!

One of the best sets I've heard from K&A. Love the crowd/vibe, hate the staff.
Last 2 hours from K&A were bangin. Great to see all the Spundae family there, nice opener Gil!
Thx Guiv and Bjorn for the hospitality
Most packed I've seen a Torq night yet! Fun night.
the security staff last night bugged from before we even go to the door! they almost didnt even let my fiance, who is 20 in because they didnt think she looked like her ID. Then throughout the night they we pushy and bitchy.
ANYWAY - Lastnight felt more like a rave than Ruby! lots of crazy couples getting all dirty in the corners... hahahaha
Best set i have hear in awhile! Better than anything played at Pop, i didnt know what to expect from Gil, he played an amazing set!
Thanks Bjorn and crew, Torq was great as always! Worth every penny!
What track did Kyau & Albert open with?
whats next?

i'm not too big of a fan of them, but it was by far the best set i've heard live from kyau & albert and they integrated the crowd pleasers nicely without over doing it. also one of the biggest crowds i've seen at torq so far, and everyone was having a blast in general starting their weekend early. i'll have pics up soon.
A print out? For a ticket? since when?
Anyway, the vibe was perfect!
I want pics!
Kyau & Albert killed it ! best thursday party they had ever played they told me after the gig.. Cant wait for the pictures !
Ruby Skye doesn't require a print out of a online ticket purchase.
( since that can obviously be photoshoped to whatever date or show or name )
The work of a master list at the door, generated from presales and match up ID. so obviously something else had to have happened there..
Ruby Skye runs the tightest and best security in the bay area, so something else must have been up...
You would be amazed how many fake IDs, student IDs, other peoples IDs that get caught every night there..

thats weird. ill follow up on this with them.
thanks !
Just spend more time looking for drugs and less trying to decide if someone who is twenty, not trying to drink, and showing you a Cali DL is old enough to get into an 18+ party. I have a funny feeling the ticket problem and my problem were the same guy. Everyone else outside was nice.
Bjorn, you put on a great show! Thank you!
That was the best Thursday I have ever had too!
thank you for the pics!
I love the one above! It wraps up the whole night in one shot.
Amazing pic!
