More of a request than a discussion

Hi all,

Hoping somebody can help here. What I am after is somewhere or someone to download some old skool hardcore mixes 1992 vintage. All my old tapes are getting a bit worn (ok, really fuckin worn! hehe).

Hope someone out there can help, I am getting seriously fed up with wobbly tapes here and yes before you say it, I know I should have backed all the tapes up but you know the score I'm sure

Regards from the UK

If you want to keep your old tapes, with the right equipment, you can copy the tapes to your computer, and then burn to CD. I use cakewalk Pyro, writes WAV files first, and then I convert to MP3 and write to CD.

The prob is that it sounds like his tapes are already fried though man.

Probs like this are why I always rip stuff to .wav and encode them over as soon as I get them on a degradable format like vinyl or casette.

Good luck finding replacements for your stuff now that AG is down though
