After AG i am using Kazaa too. But when it comes to electronic music kazaa isnt good enough Tunes that are more common or commercialize can be found but but when it comes to new tunes or rares kazaa is not as good as AG

The idea about Audiogalaxy becoming a webcast is good. The only really popular webcast that I'm aware of is Digitally Imported, and they play a fair bit of cheese :P

But yeah, as file-sharing software, Audiogalaxy is unfortunately dead. Go DC! Also keen to try soulseek when the website comes back up..

There are tonz of trance webcasters but DI is certinly the best one, as it goes for AG webcasting... it started off as a P2P program, all it's trying to do now is to stay alive and to make some profit in any possible way.

I'd assume it's because of the deal they made with the RIAA which said they'd only allow music by artists that had specifically made a deal with or agreed to have their music hosted on AG...because nobody has done anything like that yet everything is blocked.

Of course, it's better than nothing -- much better. However, it seems that the selection of tracks will suffer. The available songs will mostly be overhyped tracks that are constantly discussed here on TA, such as Paul Oakenfold - Southern Sun and M.I.K.E.'s productions. Why? The sad thing thing is AG's silence to its user base...today is the 1st day I've seen anything on their website about being shut down (June 22nd). They have a link called "The future of A.G." and want its user base to vote on the direction it wants A.G. to go.

yeah, so true. that's one of the main reasons why i don't wanna join the hub verminator, misiek, bellie, me + maybe a few others would be the only ones who'd have techno trax to share... so i think it would be kinda pointless for technoaddicts to join it oh well...

i did apply for the hub to check it out, but as soon as i found out that the only techno there is the techno that has been shared on the forum.. i left the hub.. for good..
