haha the future of audiogalaxy
http://www.audiogalaxy.com/articles/index.php?a=274&&
All of the options are dumb.
Yup they're all garbage. Get over it, AG is just like Napster. It's gone for good, we'll just have to use something else.

I don't find it funny at all but rather sad to see such a great community such as AG go down to waste after it has served many of us with high quality service over a long period of time :/
u guys should get kazaa lite, ( no spyware or ad things ) kazaalite.tk or kazaalite.com if those are down go search for it in yahoo or something, i find everything i need
I DL'ed Kazaalite from Kazaa itself...lol...
but the DC Hub is the best...
ANYWAYS, this is about AUDIOGALAXY not replacements!!
After AG i am using Kazaa too. But when it comes to electronic music kazaa isnt good enough
Tunes that are more common or commercialize can be found but but when it comes to new tunes or rares kazaa is not as good as AG
sorry, but whats the point in discussing the future of audiogalaxy...? it has none

unless you a) want to pay for it or b) only want shit songs from years ago that they dont make on CD or whatever anymore.

The idea about Audiogalaxy becoming a webcast is good. The only really popular webcast that I'm aware of is Digitally Imported, and they play a fair bit of cheese :P
But yeah, as file-sharing software, Audiogalaxy is unfortunately dead. Go DC!
Also keen to try soulseek when the website comes back up..

I agree with what TU-face said... AG has NO future whatsoever. Boo!

AG had almost EVERYTHING in uplifting German trance. Fortunately, I managed to get a good part of Harem, Space Traxx, Suck Me Plasma, etc. stuff, and plan to participate in the hub, so perhaps there will be a small core group who can help each other out. |

But, at least I've found one other person. We need to find some other people and form our own little group, to make sure our favorite music is represented!!!
AG's future

But to another subject. Now that everyone has abandoned AG, it won't hurt if I reveal a plan I had devised to overcome a case where almost all tracks get banned on AG. People would just have entered the lengths of tracks they want to share on a common non-AG server. When someone would have wanted to dl a track, he would have looked up its length in the non-AG track database, fabricated a dummy mp3 file with the right name and length, and then sent the song to his other account to start its download from a real mp3. I don't think RIAA would have seen this as such a big problem to do something about it, so AG might have let this practice continue. |
eehhh....who cares anymore.

actually, theres plenty of progressive on the ta hub. get your facts straight.
Well instead of complaining, get on there and share stuff .. introduce more ppl to the power of German trance
this thing the hub sucks at is techno, we have enough trance but techno is hard to get
yeah, so true. that's one of the main reasons why i don't wanna join the hub
verminator, misiek, bellie, me + maybe a few others would be the only ones who'd have techno trax to share... so i think it would be kinda pointless for technoaddicts to join it
oh well...
hihi agree there junkieman
i did apply for the hub to check it out, but as soon as i found out that the only techno there is the techno that has been shared on the forum.. i left the hub.. for good..
someone should make TG - technogalaxy - a file sharing app for true technoaddicts =P =P
btw
ussr: unknown traxx forum!
check out mah sample!!!
i need id
