think the first suggestion sounds like the better one so far. Fuck court..
hmm when i think off it, maybe i can somehow stalk the person home from work, then when i know hes not home i break into his house and steal all his shit? (i know by fact that he lives on the first level but not where exactly)
hmm maybe a bit dodgy but what the heck
Seems like you lost your virginity pretty early.
How does one accidentally lent money?

I HATE when you lend someone money, then they make you feel like the asshole for wanting to get paid back. I found out a while ago there's no loyalty when it comes to money... I absolutely will not "lend" it to friends because it creates more problems than it solves.
On the other hand, I'll give it to someone I know that has a real need for it when I can help... as a gift without expectation of repayment. Big difference there.

So here's how to get it back:
1. Wear a suit.
2. Get two friends to wear a suit and dark shades as well.
3. Go to his place and ask politely, speaking with an Italian accent.
4. ???
5. Profit!

How much did they take?
Just break something off their car (like their driver side mirror). Then maybe a month or two later, when they replace it, saw it off. Then hold it for ransom.
I loaned $900 to a friend once, and definitely learned my lesson.
yeah i loaned this bitch 400 to go to miami with us last year and been duckin me since! russians with dark suits swingin bottles of vodka come next

A "friend" of mine owes me $2400
what was I thinking...
i always pay back
I have multiple friends that owe me money to some degree or not.
They are good people though, I know for the most part that they will pay me back in some form or another.
Except Jake.
*edit*
At my old job one of my coworkers and the guy I usually hung out with at lunch and was actually pretty good friends with would NEVER borrow money for anything lol.
Was sort of annoying, cause if I wanted to go to lunch or something and hang out, if he forgot his wallet he'd usually refuse to let me cover his lunch.
this is why i don't lend money out, it becomes less about actually getting your money back and more about them taking your kindness as a weakness / pushing their luck with you
call him a couple of times tomorrow and if he fails to pick up, confront him in the physical; he/she'll probably have an excuse anyway
orrrrr he/she might not have the money & is too ashamed to talk to you before he/she has the money to pay you back
I loaned a thousand bucks to a mate who wanted to buy a surfboard. It fell off his car rack when he was driving to the beach so he refused to pay me back.

It depends on the amount, if it's a small amount I would let it go knowing that the person would never in their right mind ask me again.
Therefore you no longer have to deal with them period.
If its a large amount then I would definitely pay a visit to his house if he's dodging you. I hope that you got something in writing when he agreed to pay you back. That will hold up in court if you take it there.
