Need help with a genre.

Need some help guys, I'm new to this genre.. can't put my finger on it though.. pretty much psy'ish stuff that messes with your head... a form of techno? if someone could clarify this it would be nice

anyway, I am not familiar with DJs that play this kind of music, it would be awesome is some of you can refer them to me, preferably ones with podcasts or mixes i can download to familiarize myself more with artists in this genre.

Slam - Hot Knives is a pretty cool track, it's got that same feel as these ones, check em out and you'll know what I mean.
