Bison meat

Anyone down with eating bison meat? Why don't more restaurants have it? Bison steaks have been some of the best ones I've ever had... seriously. They are more rich in taste and sweet in flavor, and have shockingly less fat and cholesterol than chicken.

Bison burgers, hot dogs, steaks... whatever. So damn tasty. Come on who else knows what I'm talking about!?

there's a tiny little dump south of here called Bison. the only thing in it is a small grain elevator and probably the dude who owns it house. i kinda chuckle every time i drive past it.

I find I'm a fan of Pecan-Crusted Dodo Bird with a side of Bald Eagle.

Bison burgers are awesome. I had one at Ted's Montana Grill in Atlanta. Jamie, there's a Ted's in Naples if you're ever in the area.

What's it called when you name drop, only with places instead of people?

Bison is fantastic... similar to beef but more lean and more tender. My favorite resturant does a fantastic bison tenderloin in a carmelized onion and balsamic vineger sauce... mmmmmmmmm.

*note to self... call Sole and make reservation for next week*
