Cold weather: relaxing or no?
It seems like most people find warm weather relaxing, but I'm the opposite: in general, the warmer it gets, the more agitated I start to feel. If I could afford the air-conditioning bill, I would probably keep my apartment in the 60s F (15-20 C) all the time.
Which do you find more relaxing: warm or cool?
fuck the cold. i have my A/C set for anywhere betwen 78 and 82.

I've always preferred cold - I leave my bedroom window cracked open in the fall and spring to lower the temp. Used to piss my parents off that the furnace kicked in all the time.
I get WAY more relaxed when it's warm.
An hour of sunbath is like a joint for me or something. Although I don't do drugs, so dunno if that's anywhere near a fair analogy.
warm with a breeze. But I've lived in tropical places all my life, so I think I'd like to try living in a cold place for once. (10-15 C)
oddly enough, i have lived in the south my whole life, but i prefer a nice crisp 60 degree day over a warm 80 degree day, and a temps in the 20-30s over 90-100 degree days.
i hate cold weather because it usually brings snow and snow is horrible to drive in.

I prefer the cold. I can't sleep without a fan on me either. I just moved in with my sister and i turned the AC to 68 she comes home and is freezing I'm sweatin my ass off lol

Sometimes I'll wrap some ice cubes in tin foil just so I can press the coldness on my head. Feels really fucking good IMO.

i wouldn't say it's relaxing. more like refreshing? keeps you awake, makes you feel alive, etc...
i always prefer cold weather. -17 C is perfect.
Heat can piss me off, if it's oppressive, but I've never found being cold relaxing. Right now I'm enjoying the heat wave very much, because Britain has had such shitty weather for the past two years I was wondering if prolonged sunny spells were a thing of the past.
If it was hot all the time I'd probably find cooler temperatures very relaxing.

Ha. The temperature hasn't got anywhere near that here and still it's all over the news that there's an official heatwave warning on. People in this country are pathetic about weather.
People in the eastern U.S. are like that about heat as well. I have to laugh as they start complaining when it gets to 90 F (32 C). Pansies.

Indoors (but not outdoors), I much prefer it cold. My summer electric bills were routinely in the $500-$700 range when I was living in TX.
Here, electricity is included in my rent, heh heh heh...
cold ftw.... my theory is you can always put on more clothes as it gets cooler... if its getting warmer there is a limit to what you can do about it.
